I downloaded the full solution driver from the HP website but from past experiences with HP printers (besides having been an engineer there for nearly 20 years I also have an HP 3550 Color LaserJet and an HP 2600n Color LaserJet) there always seems to be something useful on the CD that isn't available for download.
