Thanks to RoyL I was able to find the 2 stencils I needed. The confusion occurred because the search function in Visio 2010 does not find those stencils.

After RoyL's post I manually inspected every stencil in the HP-CLASSIC-NETWORKING.ZIP file, in the HP-Networking-Switches-classic.vss stencil file and found them. Even at that point with that stencil file loaded and the 2 needed stencils already inserted into my Visio document, a search for 4903 or J4903A return no results.
